Defoamer for low temperature applications.
AF Lotemp is a highly concentrated liquid foaming suppressant based on nonionic polyalkylene glycol surfactants. It serves to control the foaming of aqueous systems in the processing of sugar beets, potatoes, fruits and vegetables, and in all technologies where foam suppression is needed.
AF Lotemp is designed for low-temperature technological steps. Optimum antifoam efficiency is achieved in the temperature range of 10 - 30 ° C. AF Lotemp can be used in direct contact with foodstuffs under conditions given by a binding opinion of the Chief Hygienist of the Czech Republic.
Usual dosage level is approx. 10 ppm (very small amount)
